A Cultural Odyssey to China : Shanghai Study Tour 2024

The Department of Religion and Philosophy and Department of Chinese Language and Literature have co-organized a study tour to Shanghai during the summer break 2024. The initiative aims at widening students’ understanding of the heritage of Chinese culture. Through visiting historical/cultural sites, opera viewing, cultural activities, interviews, seminars and workshops of Shanghai/Beijing, students had opportunities to deepen their understanding of the wealth and complexity of Chinese culture and modern Chinese society. Besides exploring historical and cultural sites, students have visited Shanghai University and East China Normal University
