《建构中国生命伦理学—大疫当前》是一本为纪念应用伦理学研究中心成立30周年而出版的书籍，该书荣获第四届香港出版双年奖（2023年）「生活与科普」类别的出版奖。此书由应用伦理学研究中心的前主任及现任研究员、宗教及哲学系荣休教授张颖教授和中心研究员范瑞平教授共同担任编辑。其他章节的作者包括中心现任主任陈成斌博士，以及其他在中国传统哲学、生命伦理学和医学科学等领域具有专业知识的杰出学者。
